BIOFLEX - Smoothbore, Flexible PTFE Lined Hose
Bioflex hose - In 1998, Aflex Hose fulfilled the most stringent demand yet. Customers, worldwide, had always asked for the ultimate PTFE lined flexible hose.... one product which incorporates the advantages of both convoluted and smoothbore designs. A product which is sufficiently flexible, like convoluted, yet which retains the advantages offered by smoothbore, like fast flow rate and cleanability.

CORROLINE- Smoothbore, Flexible PTFE Lined Hose
Corroline hose was designed and developed to provide customers with a universal chemical hose product which combined all the requirements they had requested for chemical plant applications, particularly the need for improved flexibility.
Corroline hose not only supersedes but also improves upon the wide variety of alternative Chemical Hose products currently available.

CORROFLON - Convoluted, PTFE Lined Hose
Corroflon was launched in 1978 and, since then has been continually updated and improved. Now it is the industry-standard convoluted flexible PTFE hose for major chemical, pharmaceutical and food companies worldwide.
Corroflons design differs from every other PTFE hose on the market, which results in distinctive and measurable performance and safety advantages.

PHARMALINE - Smoothbore, Silicone Rubber Covered PTFE Lined Braided Hose
Pharmaline is a unique, smoothbore PTFE-Lined hose product, based on a patented PTFE hose liner tube design.
Pharmaline is designed to overcome the primary disadvantage of currently available similar products, namely POOR FLEXIBILITY.
Although excellent flexibility is often claimed for comparable products, the truth is that they are all considerably less flexible than Pharmaline, particularly in large bore sizes.

PHARMALEX - Smoothbore, Silicone Rubber Covered PTFE Tube
Pharmalex is a very flexible, patented smoothbore PTFE lined hose product with a clear silicone rubber cover. It is designed to replace conventional all-silicone rubber hoses in applications where the inner silicone rubber liner may be subject to chemical reaction with fluids passing through, which may either contaminate the fluid, or degrade the rubber liner.

HYPERLINE FX - Hydraulic Range of PTFE Hoses
Hyperline FX - Our revolutionary new product. A natural or antistatic PTFE tube with a smooth bore, but externally convoluted. Supplied with a stainless steel wire braid or a Black Polyaramid Fibre braid. Hyperline FX combines the advantages of Smoothbore (excellent flow rates) with Visiflon (convoluted, therefore much more flexible, particularly in the bigger bore sizes) in ONE product.

VISIFLON - PTFE Flexible Hose
Visiflon includes a helically convoluted PTFE liner tube. The tube is fully convoluted inside and out, unlike Hyperline FX tube, which is only convoluted on the outer surface.
Visiflon is used for the same types of applications as Smoothbore hose, but it is much more flexible and kinkproof in sizes above 3/8", and is used where high flow rates and internal cleanability are not required.

SMOOTHBORE - PTFE Flexible Hose
Smoothbore PTFE hose including specialist 'High Pressure Gas' and 'Anti Static' varieties. A wide range of range of external covers including Hytrel, PVC, Nylon, Polyolefin, Polyamide or rubbers can be applied on top of the braid.
These covers can be longitudinally printed with name, working pressures as required.

PURETAG - The World's first fully integrated hose labelling system.
The Puretag system is designed for use with our Bioflex, Corroflon, Pharmaline and Pharmalex products, where a Silicone or EPDM hose cover is used. Due to the unique way the tags are applied and vulcanised, they can be updated and replaced as and when required, for example when a hose is re-tested or a colour code needs changing due to relocation of the hose, or a change of use - for instance pharmaceutical to chemical, or food to beverage.

FLOWTAG RFID - an integrated information and tracking system.
The Flowtag RFID system puts you in control of your hose and production environment. No more searching for Test Certificates, FDA or USP approvals. It brings a strict control of test, cleaning and replacement dates.
The user friendly system incorporates a hand held scanner that when in scan mode identifies the required hose or piece of production equipment using LED identification, eliminating the need to manually search for equipment. The system can read tags up to a distance of 100 mtrs (300 ft), so all items of plant become accessible.
The Flowtag RFID system comes with a full technical support package and guarantee. Combine all this with Atex approval, CE Certification and ROHS compliance and you have a tracking and control system to cater for your Company's exacting requirements.

RELINK - reusable hose end fittings.
A range of reusable fittings and ferrules that allow you, the Customer, the opportunity to assemble our Pharmaline and Pharmalex range on site or in your workshops or vans. Based around a mechanical or hydraulic press using no screw threads, it brings hygienic self-assembly hoses combined with the Aflex quality to you.
